Apparel:
Returns must have an RMA number before being returned. Please use the contact form to request an RMA number, or call our toll free number at 313-744-3727
Your return will be processed minus the original shipping cost. All goods must be un-worn, in original new condition. For exchanges, you must re-order the new item from the web site.
Boards:
All sales final on boards.
SHIPPING:
All apparel is shipped USPS priority. Items usually ship 1-2 days after ordering. Orders placed on weekend are process on the first business day.
Boards are shipped Fed-EX LTD, or local delivery in SE Michigan.
STOLEN Items after Delivery
All packages are sent with tracking, and real time delivery confirmation. Each package is scanned at the time of delivery by each carrier at the address on the shipping label Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please contact the carrier for further assistance.
